Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to the New South Wales roll in 2021.
Working very effectively with Principal Amanda Brady at Brady and Associates, Anna has developed a proven track record striving for the very best outcomes across a broad range of matters. She specialises in Criminal Advocacy including drink-driving offences, DV matters, and general crime. Whilst court representation is at the heart of Anna’s expertise, she also practices in the areas of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianships.
Anna has expertise in Administrative Law and is available to appear on behalf of clients at NCAT hearings and disputes.
Since her admission, she has had a dynamic legal career across torts, administrative law, and civil and personal injury litigation.
Immediately prior to joining Brady and Associates Lawyers, Anna practiced as an Associate in the Government Litigation team at Norton Rose Fulbright, where she managed a high-volume portfolio of intentional tort and negligence matters, for clients including the Department of Communities and Justice and NSW Police. These matters involved serious allegations such as sexual and physical abuse, assault and battery, false imprisonment, trespass to goods, trespass to the person, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office, negligence, and vicarious liability.
Anna also has worked at Hall & Wilcox Lawyers within the CTP Practice Group. In this role, she managed and assisted in the resolution of a broad range of personal injury claims for insurer clients, including disputes relating to quantum and injury severity, fraudulent accidents, compensation for relatives, claims involving infants, multiple defendants, and catastrophic CTP claims.
Brady and Associates Lawyers was pleased in 2025 to have welcomed Anna Molihan to our practice. A law firm where listening to our clients, focussing on their needs and achieving best outcomes is our imperative.
